Our International Arbitration team comprises around 150 lawyers worldwide. Teams practise solely international arbitration in the key hubs of London, Paris, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and Washington, D.C., and we also have specialised international arbitration lawyers in another 12 offices. Lawyers frequently work on a cross-office basis to provide clients with the optimal balance of experience and expertise.
We conduct arbitrations under all of the major institutional and procedural rules, including the AAA, HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules and we also have experience under regional and industry-based institutional rules. We act in all stages of the process, including drafting and negotiating arbitration agreements, representing clients in arbitration proceedings and enforcing the resultant awards. We typically conduct our own advocacy for clients in arbitration hearings, delivering cost savings and ensuring our advocates are involved from the very start of proceedings. We also advise investors on structuring cross-border investments for investment treaty protection and States on the negotiation of such treaties.

Our lawyers are based across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific and act in disputes arising anywhere in the world, under all legal systems. We are experienced in advising on arbitrations emanating from disputes in Israel and/or involving Israeli parties. A number of our arbitration specialists are part of and/or work closely with members of our multidisciplinary Israel group. They also have strong relationships with a number of leading Israeli law firms and work alongside those law firms as matters require. We also have on the ground support in Israel, though we do not practise Israeli law.
